Lawyer Dr Miguna Miguna has explained to Kenyans the reason as to why he is delaying his coming back to Kenya.
The lawyer had earlier announced that he was to be coming back after September 4th 2018 which came to pass and Kenyans are not seeing him yet.
Miguna bow to pressure from Kenyans who are demanding him back after the members of parliament passed the 2018 finance bill that carries Uhuru Kenyatta’s proposals with hidden taxes.
Kenyans on Twitter claim that the current leaders have failed them following the rise in economy which comes as a result of looting, too much borrowing and over taxation.
Miguna Miguna explained that he will only come after Justice Chacha Mwita delivers his ruling on his case on 7th December 2018 for him to avoid abduction at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
For those asking “When will you return?” I plan to do so after Justice Chacha Mwita releases his FINAL JUDGMENT on December 7, 2018. I’m doing so on the advise of my advocates in order to prevent the despots from abducting me on arrival at the JKIA. Meanwhile, ORGANIZE. MOBILIZE.

He however urged Kenyans to continue mobilizing each other to demand for justice, terming the March 9th 2018 handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga as a hand cheque.
The NRMKe and I wish to thank patriots, comrades, citizens and friends of Kenya for expressing their COMMITMENT to the struggle for the total liberation of Kenya. We urge all of you to continue MOBILIZING 2-5 million Kenyans for the Lunga Lunga Dance. Date will be announced soon. pic.twitter.com/hg19lewm5A
