Sharon Otieno’s murder case has taken a new twist after a Kisii High court allowed police to lock up Okoth Obado’s bodyguard Elvis Omondi and a clerk Caspal Obiero, suspects in Sharon Otieno murder, for 10 days.
The two were arraigned in court on Wednesday in connection with the murder of the pregnant Rongo University student.
The clerk is said to be the alleged owner of the vehicle that was used to abduct Sharon and a Nation journalist while the driver is the man who had been operating the vehicle, according to police.
Kenyans have expressed their views on Sharon’s case with their hopes that the investigators are moving closer and closer to the culprits.
It seems the investigators are heading somewhere. I believe they are getting closer and closer to the culprits.

Others have been seen expressing their anger over the police move to arrest Governor Okoth Obado’s allies instead of going for him.
The real conundrum is this, why is the #kenyan police not going after @OkothObado, why are they just arresting his minions? Everyone knows who ordered the gruesome murder of #SharonOtieno and her unborn baby. There is a cover up going on @PoliceKE
