Kibwezi West Member of Parliament Patrick Musimba, his wife Angela and three others will remain in police custody until Thursday 20th when Magistrate Helen Okwani will determine their bail application.
Kibwezi West MP Patrick Musimba and his wife Angela Mwende charged with stealing Sh1. 1 billion from Chase Bank, to remain in custody until September 20.

This follows their denial for charges linking them to the stealing of Ksh. 1.1 billion from Chase Bank

Meanwhile, the former chairman of the troubled bank Mohammed Zarfullah Khan has been released on a cash bail of ksh.2million pending trial.
The court has freed him after it rejected an application to deny him bail on grounds that he is likely to abscond trial.
