REVEALED: Manchester United Champions League Squad

Manchester United’s submitted squad for the 2018/19 Champions League group stage has been published by UEFA.

The Reds will come up against Italian giants Juventus, Switzerland’s Young Boys and Valencia CF of Spain in Group H, as Jose Mourinho’s side bid to reach the knockout stage for the second season running.

The 25-man squad, which is only for the group games and can be changed if United progress to the next round, includes new signings Diogo Dalot, Fred and Lee Grant.

Marcus Rashford is notably excluded, but this is because he can be registered on the ‘B’ list of players who were born after 1 January 1997 and have been eligible to play for the club for more than two years. Therefore, the 20-year-old striker can play in United’s group games, as can other young players who meet the criteria, despite not being in the squad published today on UEFA.com.
