This Saturday 8th of September, Kenyans on Twitter will hold a five a side Football tournament for the second year running. The event organised by @sirAlexas on twitter will be held at the Ligi Ndogo grounds along Ngong Road and kicks off at 10am. The tournament will be a knockout competition with each match being played for 12 minutes with the final being 20 minutes. There has been an added incentive as Jambo Jet agreed to award the best player from the tournament with 2 return tickets to their favourite Kenyan destination.
The competition on the pitch is expected to be fierce as has been the taunts online. Here is the best online banter as teams gear up for the Tournament.
Some are unsure..
Should we come up with our own team and register for #KOT5Aside or should we sponsor one of the already registered teams? Decisicions…. Decisions.
