Chelsea star spills the clubs secrets

Aside from the 90 minutes of football on the pitch and perhaps the open training sessions, many fans know next to nothing about what happens behind the scenes at Chelsea.

However, in an interview published on the Chelsea official website, former Nigeria international Victor Moses has revealed some information only insiders would have known.

Titled ‘lifting the lid’, Moses first revealed that Brazilian defender, David Luiz is the biggest joker in the Chelsea dressing room though he also added that Toni Rudiger as well is a clown of some sort.

Also, Moses revealed that among Chelsea stars, Kenedy took the most time to understand English. For the quietest person at Chelsea, Moses said N’Golo Kante is indeed the calmest.

“He doesn’t say anything unless you speak to him. He saves his energy for on the pitch so we are happy with him.” Moses said of the French international.

Going technical now, Moses suggests that amongst the present crop of defenders at Chelsea at the moments, Andreas Christensen has the best prospect of converting into a striker.

“He has that flair and technical quality, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see him do well up front.” Moses posited.

Moses finally revealed that while all the Chelsea players are working harder daily, England star, Ross Barkley could be voted as the best Chelsea player in recent training sessions.

“Everyone has been good, everyone is working hard but I’d say Ross Barkley. He had a big injury, but he’s started the season really well and he’s working his socks off.” Moses submitted
