Manchester United legend Lee Sharp has made claims that former Real Madrid manager Zidane is currently the ideal candidate to succeed Mourinho at Old Trafford.
Speaking on TalkSport he said: “Mourinho is facing a trial again. Since he joined Manchester United, it seems that he has not been happy.”
“Manchester United seems to have no plans for this. It seems that no one knows where they should go and what to do.”
“I heard that some people said that the coach did not give them too many instructions before the game. He just chose the starting lineup and then let the players play freely on the court.”
“In my opinion, Mourinho didn’t get the player he wanted this summer. He was a little angry. He just let the players do what they should do on the court.”
“When you frown and complain that you haven’t bought a player, instead of raising the level of your existing players and letting them improve their self-confidence, I don’t think it will be good for the morale of the team.”
