President Kenyatta and other leaders mourn Mama Oliech

President Uhuru Kenyatta has led the nation in mourning the passing of former Harambee Stars  legendary striker Dennis Oliech’s mother Mary Auma.

Mary Auma is popularly known as Mama Oliech famed for his traditional food restaurant.

President Kenyatta condoled with the Oliech family saying that he was deeply saddened by her passing yesterday, Friday the 20th.

Taking to social media President Uhuru tweeted:”I am deeply saddened by the news of the passing on of Mama Oliech this evening. My heartfelt condolences to the family, relatives and friends of Mama Mary Auma, and indeed all Kenyans. May our Lord bless and comfort all of you during this time of grief. #RIPMamaOliech “

Other leaders include Hon. Raila Odinga who expressed his condolences stating that he stands with the family during this difficult time.

Deputy President William Ruto was also not left out he remembered Mama Oliech  as a great mother whose Legendary son paved way  professional football presentying Kenya beyond boarders

Nairobi Women Representative Esther Passaris also sent her heartfelt condolences to the family.
