Beyonce is the reason Malia and Michelle missed Kenya trip

Former United States President Barack Obama was in the country earlier in the week for a ceremony by his sister Dr. Auma Obama as she launched her state of the art foundation dubbed Sauti Kuu. President Obama was the Chief guest at the event that saw the who is who in the diplomatic, public and private sector attending.

However, President Obama was not accompanied by anyone in his family not even the his wife Michelle Obama.

As former American president toured Kenya, his daughter Malia was having a good time with her British boyfriend Rory Farquharson in Paris.

The former first daughter, now 19 and in the University was first seen on Sunday afternoon strolling the streets with the lover in photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com.

According to reports from DailyMail.com, Malia opted to wear her typical uniform of a mini-dress with combat boots for her leisurely day in the city of lights and then headed back to her hotel to change before she and bae went to see Bey.

It is believed that Malia Obama and Rory had attended Beyonce concert in Paris.

They were both joined by friends, and former first lady  mother Michelle Obama and sister Sasha for the big concert, which took place at the Stade de Paris after the World Cup had ended on Sunday.

Malia and Rory have been dating for quite sometime. They met in Havard. Rory is British and he comes from a very rich British Family.

Obama’s visit to his mother land Kenya happens to be the second one and unfortunately Michelle Obama missed again a situation that had Kenyans talking and wondering her whereabouts.

The week before Obama’s visit former United States President Barack Obama is in Kenya for a two-day visit. The former POTUS arrived at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on Sunday afternoon.

The Barrack and Michelle apparently had a stay in Tanzania prior to the Kenyan trip where they spent time touring the Serengeti National Park.

According to posts by Tanzania Tourism and Director for Presidential Communication Tanzania, Michelle and Obama were in Tanzania for a long stay.

The former U.S. first family were in the country for 8 days at the Serengeti.

In Kenya, Obama had a low-key landing at JKIA with journalists not allowed to capture his arrival. He later met President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House before meeting former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

Having spent more than a week at neighbouring Tanzania, the question most Kenyans would ask is why Michelle skipped Obama’s trip ‘home.’

Michelle was spotted letting loose at Beyonce and Jay-Z concert in Paris on Sunday night.

That final went France’s way, and after some celebration in the stadium, Beyoncé and Jay Z came out to perform while the Obama girls danced by the stage with friends including Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles.
