Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini has already been extremely active during this summer’s transfer window, bringing in a plethora of highly talented players, but the Chilean will undoubtedly have to balance the books.

The Italian club have allegedly made an initial loan offer of €1 million (£890,000), with a €9 million (£8 million) option to buy the midfielder at any time.
