Manchester United star Paul Pogba wants to join Juventus because of Cristiano Ronaldo.
That’s being reported by Tuttosport, who say the France international would jump at the chance to return to Turin.
Pogba was stifled under Jose Mourinho last term, failing to deliver performances worthy of his huge £89million price tag.And a return to Italy could be in the offing with Ronaldo’s influence key.
Whether Manchester United choose to let him go, though, remains to be seen.
Pogba scored a goal in the finals of the just concluded World Cup tournamenet whre France beat Croatia 4-2 to clinch the tittle after 20 years of dry spell.
