Jesse Lingard has kitted himself out with some personalised jewellery ahead of his summer break to Los Angeles. The England winger is taking a well-earned rest following his exerts with Gareth Southgate’s team in Russia, where the Three Lions finished fourth. Lingard was able to bring out his patented celebration after scoring against Panama in the group stages, and, courtesy of Seattle Gold, he has a permanent reminder hanging around his neck.
The company created two custom chains for the Manchester United winger, one of them depicting his trademark sign and the other of his nickname ‘JLingz’. He showed the pair off for the camera on his Instagram on Tuesday morning before heading to the airport ahead of a holiday in the States. He pictured himself and a friend on board an 11-hour flight bound for LA at Heathrow Airport as he prepared to head off on holiday in style, sitting in business class. The break is thoroughly deserved following his exertions in Russia.
