Chelsea are tracking Flamengo’s Brazilian wonder kid Lucas Paqueta.
Milan, Juventus, Manchester City and Liverpool have all shown interest and now the Blues are set to make their move, according to reports in Brazil.
The Blues are to offer €45m (£39.8m), which is close to the release clause of €50m (£44.2m).
