Derby boss Frank Lampard is closing in on the loan of Liverpool youngster Harry Wilson.
The Liverpool wideman,21, last week penned a new long-term deal at Anfield.
It rewarded him for impressing out on loan at Championship strugglers Hull last term with seven goals in 13 appearances after moving on deadline day.
He also did well for Wales , where he now has four caps and also scored in the China Cup in March.
In October 2013 Wilson became the youngest player to play for Wales, at the age of 16 years and 207 days, beating a record previously held by Gareth Bale.
Now Mirror Sport understands a loan deal for the winger to go to Pride Park is promising but has not been finalised yet.
