Jorginho is close to reuniting with Maurizio Sarri and he will be confirmed as a Chelsea player today.
The Italy international, 26, had his medical at Stamford Bridge yesterday, which he passed.
And now Sarri has officially been unveiled as manager, the coast is clear for the signing to be announced.
Jorginho was initially linked with a move to Manchester City, however, he appears eager to link up with Sarri again in west London
