Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum is planning a shock Liverpool exit. Georginio Gregion Emile Wijnaldum is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Liverpool and the Netherlands national team.
The Dutchman is said to be unhappy that he’ll be behind in the pecking order at Anfield after the club signed Naby Keita and Fabinho. And Turkish source A Spor , says the former Newcastle man has been given the green light to join his old boss at Fenerbahce.
Wijnaldum, 27, played 33 matches last season, scoring one goal and supplying two assists. His high energy displays are were a feature in the Reds march to the Champions League final – but many believe Keita is better suited to the role. At Fenerbahce he would be reunited with his former PSV boss Philip Cocu.
