The result meant that Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Neymar have all been eliminated from the tournament. Hazard, meanwhile, still has the chance to lift the trophy in Moscow on July 15. Following Belgium’s win, Fabregas threw shade at Neymar by suggesting that his Chelsea pal had overtaken the Brazilian as the third best player on the planet.
Fabregas affirmed to this by retweeting a tweet that claimed Hazard was the third best player in the World.
