Ajax youngster Ki-Jana Hoever is reportedly training with Liverpool at their Kirkby Academy.
The 16-year-old right-back is on the verge of joining the Reds’ youth team on a permanent basis, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Hoever, who can also play at centre-back, has caps for the Netherlands at Under-16 level.
The teen played 13 times and scored two goals in the Under-17 Eredivisie last season.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have also added club legend Steven Gerrard’s cousin Bobby Duncan to their youth ranks from Manchester City.
