Arsenal could complete the summer signing of Sokratis Papastathopoulos on Monday.
The Borussia Dortmund defender is set to join the Gunners for a fee in the region of £16million.
It is understood Papastathopoulus will sign a three-year deal to become the third former Dortmund star through the doors at Emirates Stadium this year.
He follows Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan to Arsenal in a move driven by the Bundesliga club’s former chief scout Sven Mislintat.
