For example, Spain and Portugal can both draw 1-1 in Monday’s games and one more yellow card for Fernando Hierro’s men than their rivals would require FIFA draw lots to decide who comes out on top.That draw would be held at 23:00 CET in the media room at Moscow’s Luzhniki Stadium, if required.Draws will take place immediately after the respective games finish, at either 19:00 CET or 23:00 CET depending on kick-off time, and are all due for the Luzhniki apart from the Group E and Group F games on Tuesday, where tiebreakers will be drawn in the media room at Spartak Stadium.
