Omeruo rallies team mates to beat Argentina

Chelsea central defender Kenneth Omeruo says the Super Eagles 2-0 win over Iceland in their second match of the World Cup would be meaningless if they fail to get the needed result against Argentina on Tuesday.
”We have to fight and work as a team to stop them and hopefully we will get it done,” Omeruo, who unarguably Nigeria’s most outstanding defender in the match, said.
Omeruo is expected to start the Argentina game after his performance against Iceland, which would be his third match against Argentina, having featured against the South Americans at the 2014 World Cup and during the friendly in Krasnodar last November.
