Barcelona have made an approach to sign Mexico forward Hirving Lozano, his dad has revealed.
The 22-year-old’s dad confirmed the La Liga champions had made contact over a potential transfer for the winger, currently representing his country at the World Cup.
Asked about interest from Barca, his dad Jesus told ESPN : “There have been contacts, but right now there’s nothing concrete.
“I think after the World Cup it will be clear if he stays at PSV or leaves for another team”
Lozano, who joined PSV from Pachuca last summer, enjoyed a fine debut season for the Dutch club, scoring 17 goals in 29 league matches as they won the Eredivisie title.
