The new Super Eagles World Cup kit is getting all the accolades it deserves from fans and sports people all over the universe with the latest one coming from AS Roma. The Italian football club who finished 3rd in Serie A league disclosed that their new jersey is inspired by the Super Eagles latest ensemble. Fans of the club voted the Nigerian jersey as their favourite in the 2018 World Cup which propelled the club to create something similar for the new football campaign. The club made the statement on their official Twitter handle.
“After Nigeria’s new Nike kit was overwhelmingly voted the best shirt at the World Cup by Roma fans, we asked @Forza27_RS to curate the best concept kits that mix classic Roma style with the fresh look of the Super Eagles,” Roma tweeted. There is no doubt that the Nigerian team are already winning despite gearing up to feature in their Group C opener against Croatia on Saturday.
