World Cup Golden Boot contender: Neymar(Brazil)

Four years ago, Neymar was having the time of his life. As the star man in Brazil’s home World Cup, the then Barcelona star was delivering as expected and the Samba Boys were cruising. All this changed though when a back injury suffered in the quarter Finals against Chile ruled him out of the World Cup, leaving Brazil to crumble out in spectacular fashion against Germany in the Semi Finals.

The Paris Saint-Germain poster boy has fully recovered from a metatarsal fracture that cut his first season in France irritatingly short. The 26-year-old recorded a very impressive 29 goals in 30 matches for PSG before bowing out to the sidelines at the start of March.

The samba boys are expected to cruise through the group stages with Costa Rica, Serbia and Switzerland to face. The first three outings provide a great chance for the likes of Neymar, Gabriel Jesus and Roberto Firmino to settle into proceedings and calm the nerves.

The ex-Barcelona trickster is capable of creating a chance from nothing and will be sure to get the crowd off their feet in some capacity this summer.
