Robert Lewandowski, the striker of Bayern Munich came off the bench at halftime to score five goals to inspire his club demolish Wolfsburg 5-1 in the Bundesliga match played on Tuesday, September 22. 1. Family

Lewandowski comes from a family that is talented. His dad Krystof was a Polish Judo champion and also played for Hutnik Warsaw while his mother Iwona was a professional volleyball player. His sister Milena is a volleyballer too.

Lewandowski made his debut for his nation on September 10, 2008 against San Marino. He scored his first goal during the match that ended 2-0 in favor of Poland.

He has scored 17 goals for Poland in 53 appearances.

The Polish international has won six titles in Poland and Germany they include: Polish Cup (2009), Polish Supercup (2009),Polish Championship (2010), 2 German Championships (2011, 2012) and German Cup (2012)

Lewandowski awarded the golden boot for scoring 18 goals in Poland to be the top scorer. In 2011 and 2012, he grabbed Polish players of the year.

On September 22, Lewandowski scored the quickest Bundesliga hat-trick against Wolfsburg in four minutes. The previous fastest hat-trick was scored by Duisburg’s Michael Toennies in 1991 in a nine-minute spell. He is also the first Bundesliga player to come off the bench to find the back of the net five times.
