Dele Alli has ‘the swagger of a Brazilian’ and will be one of the players to watch at the Russia World Cup, as indicated by previous Brazil universal Roberto Carlos.
Carlos was a piece of the Selecao side to win the competition in 2002, facilitated in Japan and South Korea, four years in the wake of being beaten in the 1998 last in France.
