A report in the Catalan daily sport claims that Barcelona youngster Joel Lopez has rejected a contract offer from the club, and will join Arsenal this summer.
Asrenal are not expected to pay any fee for the young La Masia product.
The move has been mooted for some months now, and the arrival of Raul Sanllehi as Head of Football Relations is believed to have played a significant part in the process.
