Sport witness are reporting that English Premier League side Arsenal are interested in Sporting Lisbon winger Gelson Martins. The london based side had made an offer which was rejected and they have now made a second bid of €30m.
The report claims that the player is keen on a move to North London but Lisbon’s president is unwilling to let the player go such an amount.
The 23 year old who scored 13 goals and made 13 assists for the Portuguese side last season. Martins is part of the Portugal squad who kick off their World Cup on Friday with a game against 2010 Champions Spain.
