World Cup winner and Germany legend Mario Gotze has refused to rule out a move to English Premier League giants Liverpool. Gotze would be keen to re unite with his former Borussia Dortmund manager, Jurgen Klopp.
Gotze rejected the chance to head to Anfield when he rejoined Dortmund when he left Bayern, but has refused to rule out working with his old boss in the future.
”I decided to leave Bayern and Jurgen Klopp was interested in getting me to Liverpool. And I was also interested in working with him again. “It’s still existing. He is a world-class coach and that’s why it’s always an option. I decided to join Borussia Dortmund, but it was not a decision against Liverpool or Jurgen Klopp. But on the contrary,” Gotze said in the DAZN documentary ‘Being Mario Gotze’.
