NABIL FEKIR has passed his Liverpool medical ahead of a £57million switch, according to the France FA president.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is hoping to complete the deal for the Lyon midfielder before the start of the World Cup.
Lyon’s club president stated that the France international would not switch clubs until after the tournament in Russia.
But Noel Le Graet has now confirmed that the 24-year-old’s medical was completed at Clairefontaine.
According to Goal, the 76-year-old said: “He’s in the middle of negotiations and I think it’s done.
“I spent 15 minutes with him this morning [Saturday], and he’s worried by the France team. He’s in good spirits.
