West Ham have opened talks over a sensational move for Yaya Toure, who is very keen to play for Manuel Pellegrini again.
The 35-year-old Manchester City legend is discussing terms. He was paid £220,000 a week by City and would have to accept a pay cut at the London Stadium, but West Ham are confident of getting the deal done.
Under Pellegrini, Toure won the Premiere League title with City in 2013-14 — scoring 20 goals that campaign — and collected two League Cups.
