Lampard spotted scouting next generation of stars at England’s Under-21 clash against Scotland

The 39-year-old and assistant manager Jody Morris were monitoring the next generation of talent at the Toulon Tournament.

Lampard will be keen to make his first signing afterbeing appointed the new Rams coachlast week.He travelled to the Stade de Lattre de Tassigny to watch the youngsters in action on Wednesday evening.

Derby’s new boss will also be monitoring the Scottish stars, with Chelsea youngster Billy Gilmour emerging as a possible star.
