Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino has slammed Sergio Ramos for his “very stupid” comments in the wake of last month’s Champions League final loss to Real Madrid. Following strong public reaction to his role in Liverpool’s Mohammed Salah suffering an injury, Ramos later joked he half-expected Firmino to claim he’d come down with a cold after touching the Spain international’s sweat.
“I don’t want to comment on this, He is in reason for being champion, but I think it was very stupid on his part. But it’s all good,” Firmino said of Ramos.
