Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has laid down his support for his ‘friend’ Alex Iwobi and the Super Eagles team ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia while also requesting for the eye-catchy Super Eagles jersey. The Gabonese star who blamed his sides World Cup qualification failure on a ‘cursed orange’ tweeted his support for the Nigerian national team in the tournament.
The Gabonese national team captain, Aubameyang also revealed that he is supporting Nigeria because of the aesthetically designed Super Eagles jersey by Nike which he pleaded for.
