Thibaut Courtois finds Loris Karius’ concussion diagnosis ‘strange’

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is baffled by Loris Karius’ concussion report, claiming that it’s “strange” that he has been diagnosed with the condition after playing a full 90 minutes of their 3-1 loss in the UEFA Champions League final to Real Madrid.

The German made two horrendous mistakes on the night which gifted Madrid two goals, with a hospital assessment confirming that he had suffered a concussion earlier in the game. The Belgian who has had his own experience of concussion during a game against Arsenal in 2014, questioned that how he was able to complete the full game if he was not in the right physical state.
