Manchester United confirm Fred deal complete

Manchester United has reported it has achieved a concurrence with Ukraine based outfit Shakhtar Donetsk for the exchange of Frederico Rodrigues de Paula Santos, generally known as Fred.

Joined articulation on twitter read: MUFC is pleased to report it has achieved a concurrence with Shakhtar Donetsk for the exchange of Fred.

Fred’s previous manager at Shakhtar, Mircea Lucescu, affirmed that his previous protégé had finished his therapeutic at Carrington and would soon be divulged as a Manchester United player.

“I’m extremely satisfied Fred has finished his exchange to Manchester United. I am pleased with him.’ Lucescu said.

‘When I marked him at Shakhtar, Taison and Bernard were playing in his position.

Fred is set to wind up the seventh Brazilian global to ever play for Manchester United.

Other Brazilian players that have played for Man United include: Jose Pereira Kleberson who participated in 2003 and left in 2005 for Benfica, Rodrigo Possebon who marked in 2008 and joined Santos in 2010, Anderson who participated in 2007 and left in 2015 for Internacional, Siblings Rafael and Fabio Da Silva both who marked for United in 2008.
