Super Eagles player, Alex Iwobi has demonstrated his strong appetite for quality music in a latest short video which he shared on social media.
In the post, Iwobi was seen listening to a song by a Nigerian songstress, Simisola Bolatito Ogunleye popularly known as Simi. The Arsenal player who is presently in Austria for international duties revealed that the song titled, “Smile For Me” is what he uses to relax.
This particular behaviour is typical of footballers who are ardent music lovers. We can recall how Liverpool players tapped inspirations from Drake’s “God’s Plan” before the Champions League final showdown in Kiev.
Iwobi alongside the Super Eagles team will be rounding off their World Cup preparations today as they take on the Czech Republic in an international friendly at the Rudolf-Tonn-Stadion, Austria.
