Chelsea have had discussions with Bordeaux young player Malcom. The promising 21-year-old had scored 12 goals and grabbed 7 assists in Ligue 1 this season. Malcom had been linked with a move to the Premier League back in January itself. The likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur had their eye on the right winger.
But the French club refused to let him go midway through the season. But now, his agent is in England reportedly hammering out the details for a move to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea’s managerial situation is still unclear with Antonio Conte still not assured of a job at the club while Napoli have refused to release Maurizio Sarri from his contract.
