Singida coach lauds team after Leopards win

Singida United avenged their last year Super Cup loss to AFC Leopards by beating the same opponents via post match penalties in this year’s edition earlier staged today at Afraha Stadium in Nakuru. The Ugandan outfit’s manager Suleiman Ally who was making his début with the team today was full of praise for his charges.

”Leopards is a tough team, and they played well. It was good to finally see my players because this was my first game and it was tough, just like it always is playing Kenyan teams. My boys are playing as a unit and it is a sign of things to come,” he said.

The win booked Singida a semi final match against the defending champions Gor Mahia.
