Chinese Crayfish : A delicacy at 2018 World Cup

Somewhere in the range of 100,000 Chinese crawfish will soon start their trip to the up and coming 2018 World Cup, this year held in Russia, adding some additional Chinese flavor to the recreations, Chinanews.com revealed.

The crawfish will be transported by a China-Europe cargo prepare from the focal Chinese city of Wuhan the distance to Moscow in mid-June.

The crawfish have been exceptionally chosen for the 2018 World Cup. They originate from one of China’s real crawfish creation regions in Jingzhou, Hubei area, which has experienced strict quality control.

The crawfish will be transported under a frosty chain framework with the goal that they are still crisp when they touch base in Russia. Upon landing, they will be transported to neighborhood eateries and bars through disconnected channels.
