Everton boss Marco Silva says plans are under way for Everton but that it will take a bit of time to have everything he wants in place.
“We know what is the next step but it’s not something you can do in one week or one month,” said Silva.
“We will work every day to make the club better and make our fans proud. We need to build a strong connection between the fans and the team.”
