Roma midfielder Radja Nainngolan has claimed that his status as a footballer makes it hard for him to be faithful to his wife.
”A lot of women approach you really brazenly and it’s difficult to say no sometimes. I’m married, I’m not going to say that I’m an angel, but the important thing is that it never comes out.” The 30 year old said during an interview on Belgian TV channel ‘Gert Late Night’
”It’s really tough, as if you go to a party and suddenly there are five women around you. What do you do?”
The midfielder, who recently called time on his international career after being snubbed by coach Roberto Martinez for his world cup squad, has had a lot of controversies.
He was punished by Roma for footage that emerged showing him smoking and drinking over the Christmas period. But he said that he should be judged on the field and not by his character. He said that he would have been a teacher if he wanted to be a role model.
