KPL side axes five players

Kenyan Premier League side Tusker FC is reported to have already dropped five players as they plan to sign new faces.

Tusker boss Robert Matano hinted after a loss to Kakamega Homeboyz that he would axe several player as he felt a big number lacked the right mentality.

Among those who have been dropped is Edwin Lavatsa and Lawrence Kasadha who joined the club in January.

David Mwangi who joined the Ruaraka based club in June 2017 and 2016 premier league winners David Okello and Collins Shivachi have been shown the door.

Dropped players:David Mwangi,  Collins Shivachi,  David Okello,  Edwin Lavasta,  Lawrence Kasadha.
