Newly appointed Kakamega Homeboyz coach Paul Nkata says he is not suprised to beat Tanzanian Giants Yanga FC.
The Kakamega Based side whipped Yanga 3-1 as they faced off in Super Cup opener on Sunday at Afraha Stadium.
He has lauded the players attittude and has attributed their win to good preparations.
“The attitude was great from the players today and I’m proud that they got the win. It was no surprise that we won, because we were well prepared for the encounter and I’m just grateful that we held on for this important victory,” he said.
Homeboyz have been joined by Gor Mahia in the semi finals.
