Nabil Fekir is expected to under go a medical ahead of his move to Anfield.
Reports have it that Anfield has invested about £60m for Fekir’s switch, Liverpool are keen to push through a move before the start of the World Cup.
Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has suggested that is unlikely to be the case, but reports in France now claim that Fekir’s agent Jean-Pierre Bernes is due in Liverpool tomorrow to finalise a deal.
Canal+ and Eurosport journalist Romain Collet-Gaudin reports that the two parties will discuss personal terms, with a medical to follow if an agreement is reached.
Fekir would become Liverpool’s third confirmed signing of the summer, following on from the arrivals of midfield duo Naby Keita and Fabinho.
The 24-year-old scored 23 goals and created eight more in 40 appearances for Lyon last season.
