Striker Andre Silva has emerged as a sign in for Huddersfield Town this summer.
He has recently been romoured to nbe moving to the Premier League during the current transfer window, although newly-promoted Wolverhampton Wanderers were understood to be leading the race for his signature.
However,Huddersfield could now rival Wolves for his signature should the Portugal international leave Milan.
Silva is understood to be open to the idea of a move away from the San Siro having struggled to hold down a regular starting role with the Italian giants last season, making only seven starts in Serie A.
Milan could also be tempted to sell the 22-year-old in order to help them comply with Financial Fair Play rules.
