Sunderland have rejected Brighton & Hove Albion defender Paddy McNair bid for the second time .
Initially, Sunderland offered £2m for McNair but later turned down the offer which went up to £3.5m. According to reports, the Seagulls face competition for the Northern Irishman’s services, with an unnamed London club said to have tabled a £3.75m offer for the player.
Sunderland are reportedly unwilling to part with McNair for less than £4m.
Meanwhile, a number of Championship clubs are rumoured to be monitoring the 23-year-old.
