Man Utd fans unsure about Jose Mourinho’s move for Porto wonderkid Diogo Dalot

Diogo Dalot is set to become Manchester United’s first summer signing – but it seems Red Devils supporters aren’t best pleased with the deal.

The 19-year-old Porto right-back will set the Old Trafford club back the cost of his release clause – €20million (£17.4million) – and will hopefully become the long-term replacement for current first choice Antonio Valencia.

Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho sees a lot of promise in his compatriot, who made seven senior appearances for Porto last season after breaking through into the first team in February.

The talented youngster is a Portuguese Under-21 international and, rather impressively, featured in Porto’s Champions League last-16 tie against Liverpool at Anfield in March.
