Kenyan international Boniface Olouch will miss the midweek Kenyan Premier League clash pitting Gor Mahia FC and Sony Sugar FC set for Wednesday 30 May at Moi Stadium Kisumu.
Olouch who has been with the national team since Monday 23, requested to stay behind as he has to attend to his sick child. Gor Mahia team manager confirmed that the player will rejoin the side for the Super.
“We have all our players ready for the journey to Kisumu apart from goalkeeper Oluoch who requested for permission to attend to his sick child… but he will be joining the team in Egerton in preparation for the SportPesa Super Cup,” Obondo told Gor Mahia website.
Fredrick Onyango and Shaban Odhoji have been named in the squad and will be expected to fill the void.
