Arsenal has offered midfielder Aaron Ramsey a new five year contract.
The Wales midfielder, has recently been in talks with with the club for much of the 2017-18 campaign.
Ramsey is said to have turned dowen the offer but later hinted his acceptance after the new boss Emeruy.
According to The Times, Arsenal have reacted to Emery’s instructions of wanting to build the team around Ramsey, offering the player a five-year deal which includes a significant wage increase.
The report goes on to claim that Arsenal are desperate to avoid a repeat of last season, with the likes of Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil seeing their contracts run down.
Ramsey has made 331 appearances for the North London club, scoring 59 goals and registering 57 assists
